Sitting Meditation Two

Hi again, just wanted to add a summary of How to practice sitting meditation.

Sitting meditation
1. Sit in a comfortable position. If the lotus is to difficult, just sit in a chair, with feet touching the ground, your spine straight, and your hands in you lab

2. Keep your eyes closed or focused on an object i.e. a flower or a picture

3. Breath slowly through your nostrils

4. Repeat a comforting and calming word or a sentence.

5. Meditate for 10- 30 minutes each time
